Salary: £65-£75K Base (DOE) + Double OTE Commission plan (uncapped) + Bens

Location: Central London (Hybrid 1-2 days in office - with travel to clients, events, networking, etc.)

An established and respected boutique Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a dynamic Growth Leader / Business Development Manager to fuel its next phase of expansion. With a legacy of nearly 40 years, outstanding customer satisfaction, and long-standing client relationships, this MSP blends exceptional service, strong Microsoft and Cisco partnerships, and offers strategic IT solutions for professional services and manufacturing firms, and more.

The ideal candidate will be a proven IT sales professional with current or recent experience in a similar role in the MSP sector, a deep understanding of consultative selling, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and converting new logo opportunities in the SBM space
  • Strategically plan and execute sales campaigns aligned with overall business goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with technology vendors to leverage MDF and co-branded events
