The Role:

This role will focus on identifying and converting new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and industry contacts, and representing the studio at events and presentations. You'll work closely with the internal team to align commercial growth with the studio’s creative direction.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Drive new business and build strong relationships with HNWIs, developers, and agents.
  • Lead pitches, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Attend networking events and client meetings as a brand ambassador.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams on strategy and proposals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years’+ experience in a business development or property sales.
  • Strong existing network within the high-end property or design industry is desirable.
