The role:

As the Business Development Manager, you will...

  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying a robust pipeline with the support of an SDR to closing large enterprise deals within the construction and critical infrastructure space.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, nurturing strong business relationships with a consultative approach.
  • Define and implement a strategic sales playbook to engage new clients and drive revenue growth within the UK market and global initiatives.

About you:

  • 3+ years of full closing experience within a fast-paced, SaaS start-up environment.
  • Proven track record of smashing targets and selling to large enterprise clients from lead generation to close.
  • Must have experience selling into the Insurance space.

The package:

  • Up to £75,000 base + uncapped commission.
  • HYBRID - 2-3 days per week in Central London.
