We are a growing business in the security industry with a family feel, seeking a confident and experienced Business Development Manager to join our close-knit team. As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in increasing turnover and securing new client accounts.

What will you do as a Business Development Manager?
  1. Generate new business and identify new opportunities.
  2. Build relationships and nurture a strong customer pipeline.
  3. Sell security solutions including Intruder Management, Access Control, and CCTV.
  4. Represent the business professionally with personality and a strong commercial mindset.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Experience in a similar Business Development, Field Sales, or Account Management role is desirable.
  • Approximately 5-10 years of experience in the security systems sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and winning business.
  • People-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Willing to undergo security screening to BS7858 standards.
What you will receive:
  • Basic salary between £40,000-£50,000, depending on experience.
  • Commission/bonus structure with OTE £60,000-£80,000.
  • Company car or car allowance.
