Broadridge is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented, analytical, experienced business development manager to join its London-based team. This role will report to the General Manager, Corporate Governance Data and Insights. The primary product focus will be our Investor Communication offering.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support growth strategy for International Investor Communication Business: Collaborate with the General Manager and other key business leaders to define, test, and measure growth performance.
  2. Go-to-market strategy: Develop sales support materials to represent the solution offering, collaborate with sales teams for pre-sales activities, engage with clients, prospects, and partners, and provide product demonstrations, technical explanations, and documentation. Prepare business analysis discovery documentation and presentation materials for product management teams to identify functional gaps.
  3. Operational excellence: Drive change management and continuous improvement by defining and measuring KPIs and developing improvement plans. Collaborate with product, operations, client services, and sales teams to drive enhancements and achieve strategic goals.
  4. Business performance: Forecast, analyze business performance, identify required changes, and drive execution.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in similar roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, corporate development, or product strategy.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or technology-related fields.
  • Core skills include: excellent presentation and communication, writing executive-ready presentations, high-level technology analysis, project management, financial analysis/modelling.
  • Ability to work across multiple groups and within a matrixed organization.
  • Leadership presence capable of working across teams to drive performance, serving as a spokesperson and thought leader.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally.
