We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager / Channel Partnerships Manager to join this dynamic and growing company in Fleet, Hampshire. Please note that this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and successful applicants must possess a valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

They are the longest-standing Sage X3 business partner in the UK, with over 375 years of combined expertise in the sale, implementation, development, and support of Sage X3. Their focus is on helping customers grow and evolve their business by providing the necessary tools and skills.

About the role

The Business Development Manager / Channel Partnerships Manager role is suitable for experienced sales professionals or newcomers with drive and personal attributes for success. Training, coaching, and mentoring will be provided. You will have autonomy within a supportive team and will leverage the global growth potential of the client’s proprietary software solution, X3CloudDocs, a cloud-based document management system for Sage X3.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Selling to a global network of over 7,000 partners, including 500 in the UK
  • Managing the partner pipeline, forecasting, KPIs, and all commercial aspects via CRM
  • Identifying new partners both nationally and internationally
  • Nurturing relationships with existing partners and acting as the escalation point
  • Promoting products and services through education, training, and engagement
  • Co-selling with partners to advance deals and explore cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Managing own quota, ensuring retention and development of key accounts
  • Collaborating with Marketing on campaigns
  • Providing feedback from partners and customers to R&D for product development

About you

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in SaaS B2B channel sales, with skills in building partner channels, solution selling, and CRM usage. Experience in ERP, finance, automation, cloud solutions, or document management is advantageous. Attributes include being a self-starter, resilient, quick learner, strategic thinker, and excellent communicator. A fun attitude is also encouraged.

Salary & Rewards

The salary is negotiable based on experience, with uncapped commission and an OTE of £90,000+.
