A leading company in the heating sector is seeking a Business Development Manager to promote innovative heating solutions and smart technologies across Wales. The ideal candidate will target Specification sales and come with experience in the Plumbing & Heating industry, particularly focusing on energy cost-saving products.
You will sell a range of innovative heating products and smart technology. These products offer features & benefits such as a 20% saving on energy costs, SAP compliance, feedback on user trends & usage, and quicker installation. You will target Specification sales, including National & Regional Developers and Social Housing providers. Examples include Wales & West Housing, Barrett Homes, Powys Council, etc. The region covers the South West, including South Wales, extending along the M4 to Swindon.
The company is experiencing rapid growth and offers tailored heating solutions with cost-saving packages.
Experience in selling through Specification channels is beneficial, as it will aid the learning curve. However, the company is open to established Area Sales Managers from the Plumbing & Heating industry who sell to Plumbers, Merchants, and Installers, as they are likely to be technically proficient and adapt quickly.
