Remote (Covering Central England) | £38,000 - £40,000 + Bonus & Car/Allowance

Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for hospitality, education, leisure and a knack for creating strategic partnerships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across the companies Key Accounts markets.

About the Role

In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with Key Accounts. Your goal will be to expand market share, drive revenue, and build long-term partnerships that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach new business opportunities across Key Accounts

* Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective accounts and partners

* Develop tailored proposals and presentations for Key Account clients

* Negotiate and close commercial agreements

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management

* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

What We're Looking For

* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in Leisure, Hospitality, Education

* Strong knowledge of Key Accounts such as TUCO, NHS, etc

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
