Job Title: Business Development Manager – Health Tech SaaS (PCN & NHS)

Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission
About Us:
We are a fast-growing health tech company providing innovative software solutions to streamline communication and operations within NHS Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and GP practices. Our mission is to improve patient care by equipping healthcare professionals with cutting-edge technology.

The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager with experience in healthcare technology sales, ideally within primary care, PCNs, or NHS Trusts. You will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term relationships with key NHS stakeholders, and driving adoption of our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with GP practices, PCNs, ICSs (Integrated Care Systems), and NHS Trusts to promote our solutions.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies that align with NHS procurement and funding structures.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Work closely with NHS commissioners, digital transformation leads, and practice managers to drive adoption.
  • Stay up to date with NHS policies, funding opportunities, and key challenges in digital healthcare.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales (preferably within healthcare or government).
  • Experience selling into NHS Primary Care, PCNs, or digital transformation teams.
  • Understanding of NHS procurement, funding structures, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with GPs, practice managers, and IT leads.
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
