Role: Digital Development Manager - Health Hub

About the role
Growing our digital healthcare business is a key strategic initiative, and we're transforming the way digital healthcare is delivered both in stores and online. The Boots Health Hub is our advice led ecosystem, built with our customers' needs in mind, bringing together advice, services and retail into one environment. This fast-paced team builds great relationships with our suppliers and cross functional support office teams to ensure we can meet the ever-changing needs of our patients and customers.
As the Digital Commercial Specialist, you will be a vital part of the team, driving traffic, accelerating growth and increasing sales, gross profit and customer engagement generated via the Boots Health Hub.
Key responsibilities
- Explore and implement marketing strategies focused on Health Hub revenue and performance metric growth
- Design strategy for funded growth, by working with BMG and pharma colleagues to build out prospects for targeting and to tailor communications and outreach to these third parties
- Manage and cultivate relationships with third-parties, partners, and service providers to ensure effective collaboration alongside seeking out new partnerships to elevate the Health Hub
- Work closely with the wider team to consistently review performance revenue and sessions, to further optimize and make improvements
- Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders in order to deliver one vision
- Key link up between Health Hub and Category teams, seeking out opportunities for growth and brand awareness
- Lead on activations with BMG, ensuring consistent brand funding across the Health Hub and that revenue targets are achieved
- Briefing to the Digital design team to create and publish optimisations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
What you'll need to have
- Business development experience - able to develop a strategy for third party outreach, including pharmaceutical companies and brands, to bring additional revenue and new opportunities to the boots.com digital content proposition
- Passionate about digital, healthcare, and digital advice/content
- Digital experience working in an e-commerce or similar role
- Confidence in engaging with others and working across different teams, collaborating and holding others to account
- Ability to create project plans, organise actions and tasks of self and others, and monitor progress against the plan
- Enthusiastic and excited to seek out new opportunities
- Have a "can do" attitude and be able to work independently and at pace
- Experience of using reporting systems such as GA and insight tools like Contentsquare
