35,000- 50,000 Basic, OTE Year 1: 60-75k with compounding commission

Exciting opportunity to drive New Business Development while managing end-to-end recruitment processes as the Client Specialist. Help businesses expand internationally by connecting them with top-tier executive talent worldwide.

About the Business Development Manager (BDM) Role:
  • Your Attitude is the single most important thing. Your Hunger, Drive and Want for MORE is no.1
  • Does NOT need closing experience if you enjoying picking up the phone to make calls, book meetings and close deals then this may be for you!
  • Do you want to learn from the best and be supported buy the Director?
  • Closing Experience is a bonus - if not, this can be taught
  • Are you a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR) or a Recruitment Consultant that wants to become a Business Development Manager / Client Specialist / Account Executive

What You'll Do as a Business Development Manager (BDM)
  • Your primary mission is to drive New Business Growth Globally
  • Identify and profile target clients through LinkedIn and database research
  • Manage individual sales pipeline and attend client meetings
  • Booking Meetings, Closing Deals, Fee Negotiation
  • New Business Development (70%) - Generate leads through targeted research and cold calling to hit revenue targets
  • Account Management (20%) - Manage client relationships and recruitment project delivery
  • Other Activities (10%) - Support Recruitment Team if needed & Upskilling New Members
