We’re working with an international digital transformation business that delivers case management and digital solutions to public and financial sector clients. Their clients include major public sector agencies and global corporations, they have been in business for over 30 years and they continue to grow as part of an international software group with that is multi-billion dollars in revenue.

The Role:

You are a proven, experienced B2B salesperson who excels at generating and winning new business. You’ve spent time selling enterprise software or digital transformation services to UK businesses across public sector & enterprise clients. You’re experienced in navigating RFPs and frameworks, and you consistently meet or exceed multimillion pound targets. You’re self-motivated, organised, and confident leading deals from start to finish.

Your role:

  • Win new UK public sector clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation through discovery, demo & meetings, proposals, commercial & contractual negotiation to close
  • Navigate procurement frameworks and RFP processes
  • Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to drive success

What you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software or digital services in a pure new business capacity
  • Strong background in public sector sales, RFPs, and frameworks
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in excess of £1m TCV/ARR
  • Nice to have if you have experience selling Dynamics 365
