Job description

Business Development Manager – Gate Automation (South East England)

Join Fadini UK, a subsidiary of Fadini automation in Italy, as a Business Development Manager. This role involves building relationships and growing our market presence in the field of automatic gates, barriers, and rising bollards.

Location: Field-based in South East & East England, covering from the South East coast up to Northamptonshire and adjacent counties. Candidates must reside within this territory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, contacting, and visiting potential and existing installer customers
  • Promoting our automation products, including swing and sliding gate kits, rising bollards, and traffic barriers
  • Developing long-term relationships with installers through support, training, and solutions
  • Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and regional events
  • Collaborating with internal teams to follow up on leads and manage sales from inquiry to delivery

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven sales ability, preferably in technical or trade environments
  • Experience in gate automation, security, electrical, or construction industries (training provided)
  • Self-motivation, organization, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
  • A full UK driving license
