Job Title: Business Development Manager - Furniture Sales

Location: Leeds

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Commission (OTE £75,000)

Type: Permanent - Full Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities with furniture retailers across the North
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships
  • Develop and execute a 3-year growth strategy aligned with company expansion goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Lead multiple projects, managing timelines, expectations, and supply chain coordination
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and product development
  • Deliver monthly sales forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience selling furniture into retailers - this is essential
  • Strong knowledge of furniture categories and customer segments
