Are you a Business Development Manager or similar experienced in Sea, Air, Road or Rail Freight looking for a varied role within a well-established company with global outreach, offering excellent progression opportunities into Commercial Management, while you benefit from a generous commission structure?

This company began operating in 2018 and has since seen rapid growth. They specialize in Sea, Road, Air, and Rail Freight, working across a range of industries including Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics, and more, and have grown year on year with continued plans for expansion. Due to the growth of the business, they are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their tight-knit team and continue to drive business goals.

This is a remote role where you will focus on building new business. You will work autonomously, seeking sales opportunities through cold calls, Teams meetings, and occasionally in person while earning commission throughout the lifetime of the account.

The Role:

1. Driving business growth.
2. Client outreach through cold calling, Teams meetings, and in-person meetings.
3. Monday - Friday remote role.

The Person:

1. Business Development Manager or similar.
2. Background in Sea, Air, Rail, Road Freight.
3. Able to work remotely.
