Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within a relevant industry (e.g., Heat Transfer, Industrial Solutions). You understand the nuances of technical sales and can translate complex solutions into customer value.
