Position Summary

The Business Development Manager at Etraveli Group drives B2B sales initiatives, promotes our PRECISION fraud prevention solution, and supports go-to-market strategies. This role reports to the Head of Business Development of PRECISION and can be based in Amsterdam, London, or Madrid, with hybrid or remote options depending on location.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and grow new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and beyond.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with our solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • 3-5 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in Travel and/or Fraud Prevention.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Interest and understanding of the travel and airline industry.
  • Strong sales pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Organized with good time management.
