Position Summary

The Business Development Manager at Etraveli Group drives B2B sales initiatives, promotes our PRECISION fraud prevention solution, and supports our go-to-market strategy. This role reports to the Head of Business Development and can be based in Amsterdam, London, or Madrid, with hybrid or remote options depending on the location.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders to increase revenue.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and beyond.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with our fintech solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in Travel and/or Fraud Prevention is required.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage successful relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Strong interest and understanding of the travel and airline industry.
  • Effective sales pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts.
