Do you have a passion for great food and a talent for building strong customer relationships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager/ Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the snacks industry, covering a vibrant territory across Stevenage and surrounding areas.

Your Role:



As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Growing our presence across multiple sectors including hospitality, restaurants, cafés, retail, and foodservice
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and securing new listings
  • Promoting our snack brands through engaging product presentations and tastings
  • Managing your own schedule and territory to maximise impact


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG or food & drink
  • Confidence in selling into a diverse customer base (e.g. restaurants, pubs, hotels, independent retailers)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
