This field-based, territory management role involves nurturing and developing relationships within a nominated Wholesaler distributor network across the Midlands region. You will be responsible for growing and expanding existing relationships, as well as creating business beyond the Wholesaler with Electrical Contractors, Local Authorities, Housing Developers, and Specifiers, creating product demand for projects and directing business back through the Wholesaler.
Focusing on the company’s portfolio of Cable Management products, Wiring Accessories, Power Distribution Units, and Switchgear solutions, you will train and support your customers to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence in the products to sell them to their own customers effectively. You will be client-facing most of your time, meeting with customers in-branch and building relationships at all levels, from back office to the warehouse, from trade counter to managers. Full training and continuous coaching will be given, and there is plenty of scope for progression.
