Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Experian's Go To Market – Specialist Sales division as an experienced New Business Development Manager within the Business Information services team, focusing on opportunities across key Experian Business sectors. The role reports to the Sales Director and is field-based (remote).

The Business Development Manager's primary responsibility is to achieve revenue targets through new and existing customers, driving growth via new business generation within a specified portfolio.

This role offers the chance to shape our market presence and develop our Business Information and Business Data Services portfolio by identifying large cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have proven experience in new business development, with the ability to understand and communicate how solutions meet client needs and to build trusting relationships with senior contacts in target organizations.

You will join a supportive team working collectively to achieve individual and team targets, with the goal of being industry leaders.

You will also collaborate with Account Managers, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure business wins and solutions meet client needs.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Growing existing revenue streams
  • Identifying main contacts within existing accounts and upselling
  • Winning new logo business and expanding from existing clients
  • Lead generation and stakeholder network expansion
  • Exceeding monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Enhancing the Experian brand through networking
  • Recording pipeline and forecast data accurately in Salesforce CRM
  • Managing stakeholder relationships effectively
