Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a field-based Business Development Manager (BDM) to take pioneering payment and merchant acquiring products and technology to market. The role offers a £35k base salary, a £5k car allowance, and a realistic OTE of £90,000 to £100,000.

Ideal candidates will have experience in B2B or B2C field sales and be eager to enter an exciting fintech environment. Experience in payments is advantageous but not essential, provided you are a self-starter with a strong sales track record.

As a BDM, you will have the flexibility to structure your day and manage your pipeline independently. You will be provided with the necessary products, knowledge, and training to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Self-generating leads and face-to-face prospecting.
  • Meeting key decision-makers to understand their payment solution requirements.
  • Demonstrating suitable payment solutions and products to new clients.
  • Benefiting from an excellent commission structure with an average OTE of £4,000 to £6,000 per month.
  • Accessing comprehensive training on our full product and tech offerings to support SME businesses.
  • Receiving ongoing support from our infrastructure and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Utilizing a personal learning budget for development, education, or professional growth.
