Responsibilities and duties of the Business Development Manager role
  1. Create and implement strategies aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing client satisfaction.
  2. Explore and evaluate potential markets and emerging client demands.
  3. Schedule and lead meetings with potential business partners.
  4. Represent the company's solutions in alignment with customer goals and future needs.
  5. Manage the preparation and processing of sales documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
  6. Deliver reliable support and guidance post-sale to foster ongoing partnerships.
  7. Cultivate strong, long-standing connections with both new and existing clients.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Previous experience in a business development, sales, or similar client-facing role
  • Background within EV, ideally within wholesale
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Background in customer service or client relations is advantageous
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho or similar platforms)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A degree in business, sales, or a related area is beneficial but not required
