Are you an ambitious highly motivated Business Development Manager or Sales Manager looking for a highly autonomous Sales role where you will receive full industry training from in house experts, whilst being heavily rewarded through uncapped commissions to substantially increase your earnings with full ability to manage your own diary day to day with a specialist team behind you?

This is a rare and great opportunity to grow a rapidly expanding Industrial Service provider that will invest in your expertise, offer a uncapped commission scheme tied to sales with clear incentives all whilst having unparalleled levels of autonomy to manage your own diary where you will identify and build relationships with customers in the marine industry.

This company have circa 200 staff both permanent and contract to deliver an excellent service to customers in the marine and mechanical engineering sector, they are on track of exceptional growth after continued success.

This role will suit an ambitious Sales Manager or Business Development Manager looking to take charge of your earnings, autonomy and work for a industry renowned specialist that have separated themselves from the rest of the industry.

The Role:
  1. Identifying New business and building existing relationships with customers
  2. Remote Home Based role covering the UK with some overseas travel when required
  3. Industry specific training, building relationships with customers in the Marine Services Sector
The Person:
  1. Highly motivated
  2. Eager to conduct outbound calls to identify and build relationships with customers
