Job Description:

Profectus Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a Cyber Consultancy that is recruiting for a Business Development Manager. The key requirement for this role is experience in Digital Forensics. Ideally, candidates should have 5 years of experience in Digital Forensics, but we are open to considering BDMs with 2+ years of DF experience. Prior experience solving public sector challenges would be advantageous.

As the BDM, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the client's position in the public sector. You will collaborate closely with decision-makers, drive business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and identify new opportunities to enhance market presence and achieve significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, creating a strong initial impression and establishing the groundwork for lasting professional relationships.
  • Proactively engage in outbound outreach to discover and qualify new business opportunities using phone, email, social media, and innovative prospecting techniques.
  • Attend meetings with public sector organizations to uncover current challenges, explore collaboration potential, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct research to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations, working closely with the sales team.
  • Develop and implement targeted business development and marketing strategies to drive growth in both public and private sectors.
  • Create and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to each audience.
  • Monitor industry trends and client concerns to suggest campaign ideas and initiate insightful conversations.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and manage lead progression through the CRM system.
