Reports to:Head of Sales

Location: Field based, looking after South East and London

Salary: Competitive salary and commission structure + car allowance

About the role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the client base by managing and enhancing relationships across multiple brands, including Observ, Diamond Glow, Inshape, Ultralux, and Medilux. Your core responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships. This will involve a strategic and collaborative approach, working closely with stakeholders to understand client needs, promote product solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and identify tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalising on account-specific opportunities.
  • Utilise contemporary sales techniques, including effective questioning and negotiation skills.
  • Forge and nurture robust partnerships that contribute to brand expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to maximise mutual success and achieve shared objectives.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of current sales methodologies.
  • Leverage your knowledge of different personalities to enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Achieve targeted sales numbers for devices and deliver against monthly KPIs.
  • Conduct presentations of our product range via Zoom and in person.
  • Create collaborative Business Plans (JBPs) and oversee customer needs, ensuring optimal Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Strategize and flawlessly execute launch events.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, product developments, industry advancements, and emerging opportunities in the medical aesthetic market.
  • Share feedback and collaborate cross departmentally regarding products and processes.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities to accelerate device sales growth into new territories.
  • Cultivate and enhance connections with industry experts and like-minded skincare brands to enhance the promotion of our range of devices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Device business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong sales acumen with demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to various personalities for effective communication.
