Business Development Manager - Design & Build

Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Design & Build Services

Area to be covered: National (must be commutable to Manchester office)

Remuneration: £50,000 neg + bonus tbc

The role of the Sales Executive – Interior Design & Build Services will involve:

1. Field sales position selling a complete design, build and project management service
2. Offering workplace consultancy, office design, change management, fit-out & refurbishment, furniture and support
3. All of your time will be spent selling to end user clients such as: Kronospan, JD Sport, Regatta and many more
4. Typical order values range from between £10k - £2m+
5. Turnover target will be determined based on your experience
6. When not on the road, the expectation will be that you go to the Manchester office; however, flexible for the right candidate

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Executive – Interior Design & Build Services with:

1. Must have commercial or industrial design & build / fit-out experience
2. Ideally storage and material handling experience
3. Ideally have a black book of contacts
4. In-depth knowledge of interior spaces and products
5. Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
6. Intelligent, resilient, people-focused and organized
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
8. Ability to manage multiple projects at once
9. Good time management skills and customer service oriented
