Location: North West (Hybrid - 2 Days Office / 3 Days Field/Home)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE is double base salary)

As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Manager to join their sales team.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager , you will:

  • Win, manage and develop relationships with dental practices (independents and small groups)
  • Engage with Dentists, Practice Managers, Nurses, and Receptionists to promote their full suite of products and services
  • Split your time between 2 days in their North West office and 3 days on the road or working from home
  • Receive full onboarding and training during your initial weeks in the office
  • This is a fast-paced, hybrid sales role ideal for someone with strong clinical understanding, excellent people skills, and a hunger for success.

    Who We're Looking For

    Essential:

  • Dental sales experience with a proven track record
    OR
  • A clinical background as a Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, or Practice Manager looking to move into sales
  • Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
  • Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident, proactive communicator with strong relationship-building ability
  • Target-driven and commercially aware, with a talent for spotting opportunities
