Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity - £45k base – £110k OTE

A well established, successful cybersecurity consultancy is looking for a strong Sales & Business Development Manager to support their continued growth in the UK cyber market. You will report directly to the Senior Leadership Team, so this role promises career progression and high rewards. In addition to usual Sales Lead/BDM responsibilities, you will be oversee the supporting lead gen team.

This role has an equal split between New Business and Account Management. You will manage an impressive range of existing clients across various industries, alongside winning new logos to grow your portfolio of customers. You'll be closely supported by the SLT, lead generation and marketing teams as you work through the full sales cycle, developing and managing sales campaigns to be able to hit your sales targets and enjoy generous, uncapped commission.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in new business sales in cybersecurity
• An understanding of various security topics, such as GRC standards, pen testing and security strategy
• Experience creating and realising sales plans
• Self-motivation and organisation skills, along with a hunger to succeed
