Business Development Manager - Creative Agency

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a well-established design and packaging agency in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company with a strong culture, excellent client relationships, and a passion for creativity.

This isn’t a traditional sales role. Instead, we need someone who can drive strategic growth - working closely with the board and key agency members to identify opportunities, shape pitches, and develop compelling propositions that win new business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and leading the agency’s growth strategy – identifying market opportunities and shaping innovative business plans.
• Building relationships with key industry players, attending events, and staying ahead of market trends.
• Creating and delivering impactful pitches and proposals that showcase the agency’s strengths.
