Job Title: Business Development Manager - Crane Hire & Contract Lifting

Industry Sector: Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Cranes, Heavy Plant Hire, Plant Hire, Crane Hire, Mobile Crane, Construction Hire, Contract Lifting, Heavy Lifting, Transport Services, Construction Sales, Sales Manager

Area to be covered: North West

Remuneration: £35,000 - £55,000 + 2% of all sales after £700k target

The role of the Business Development Manager - Crane Hire & Contract Lifting will involve:

1. Field sales position promoting a range of mobile crane hire and contract lifting
2. Predominately for the modular build and roofing & cladding sector
3. All of your time will be spent selling to the construction industry via main contractors, sub-contractors and end users
4. Turnover target £700k+ however will be set on your experience
5. Project sizes can vary from £1k-£1m
6. Will be given hot leads from a long established and experienced team

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Crane Hire & Contract Lifting with:

1. Must have construction field sales experience
2. Ideally from a crane, contract lifting, plant hire, roofing / cladding, modular sector
3. Would be open in terms of what service / products sold
4. IT literate
5. Full UK driving license
6. Motivated, highly organised, team player
