A leading company in risk solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Manchester team. You will focus on developing client relationships, networking, and articulating tailored risk management solutions for corporate clients. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team!
This is a hybrid role which provides the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Manchester office.

Typically, clients will be either a national or a multinational company, sometimes with a global presence; the CEO and CFO’s will be looking for a local relationship with their broker, who can provide an Aon wide, tailored approach.
You will need to develop a strong Aon internal network, to understand and articulate the many innovative solutions available, and a strong external business community network.
Corporate clients typically require bespoke insurance programmes and associated risk management and risk transfer services. Besides being the insurance broker, the team provides clients with a claims service and advice on risk management across most industries, with particular specialisms in food and drink, retail and manufacturing.
