  • Position: Business Development Manager
  • Location: Nationwide
  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 basic + £40,000 OTE (uncapped)
  • Benefits: Company Car / Salary Sacrifice Scheme, Pension (5% employer contribution), 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

You will join a successful team of Business Development Managers covering your region. Your role involves mapping your territory and identifying new business opportunities, primarily targeting corporate clients with fleet sizes of 50 or more. You will report to a management team that values sales and people, providing a strong platform for your success and growth.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Contact prospects, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations
  • Deliver bi-annual strategic sales plans
  • Maintain targeted prospect lists
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients

  • Proven business development and networking skills
  • Experience exceeding targets/KPIs
  • Sales or account management experience
  • Confident and professional presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and adapt offerings accordingly
