Business Development Manager - Construction & Infrastructure Projects

Salary: Competitive + quarterly bonus + car or £6,850 car allowance

Location: Hybrid role, flexible within Avon, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, or nearby areas.

This role involves managing, developing, and growing a portfolio of Major Construction & Infrastructure Projects. It requires a strategic, commercial, and forward-thinking approach to Project Management to ensure profitable growth with Main Contractors and their supply chains.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Achieving revenue and market share targets for each project.
  • Researching major projects via market intelligence and creating a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Creating value-adding managed service partnerships with strategic clients.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of hire and training opportunities and coordinating with account managers.
  • Building strategic partnerships with safety and sustainability-driven clients.
  • Managing contact plans with stakeholders, maintaining relationships, and seeking repeat business.
  • Resolving customer issues and using customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
  • Implementing account management strategies to align stakeholders.
  • Enhancing NWP’s service offerings and demonstrating products and services.
  • Generating sales leads through various channels including social media and networking.
