Business Development Manager - Connected Services

Location: UK with travel expected to Newark or London on a monthly basis
Type: Permanent
Salary: 65K- 70K plus double OTE, car allowance and benefits

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for Connectivity, Networking, SASE, and Unified Communications? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across our clients Connected Services portfolio.

About the Role

As a key member of their Connected Services team, you'll be responsible for generating new business, building strategic relationships, and positioning high-impact solutions tailored to customer needs. This is a high-visibility role with opportunity for real influence and progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new customer acquisition across Connectivity (MPLS, SD-WAN, DIA, 5G), Networking, SASE, and UC&X (VoIP, Teams, Contact Centre).
  • Engage and influence C-level stakeholders, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Deliver solution-focused selling in partnership with technical teams.
  • Manage and forecast your pipeline using (url removed) and other CRM tools.
  • Lead strategic planning, QBRs, and OCR presentations for major opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, service delivery) for seamless execution.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor insights to shape winning strategies.


What You Bring
  • Proven B2B sales experience in Connectivity, Networking, SASE or UC&X.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex tech.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
  • High-level proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and related tools.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
