We're on the lookout for passionate, experienced Business Development Managers to coach, guide and support 60 to 80 independent Travel Consultants (TCs) across the UK.

Why This Role Matters You won’t be selling travel directly. Instead, you’ll be the engine behind others’ success stories. As a trusted coach, mentor and advisor, you’ll use your travel industry experience to help our franchisees build thriving businesses.

From sales performance and customer experience to strategic marketing and mindset support, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming TCs into full-time, confident business owners.

What You’ll Do

Support your TCs to develop the mindset, motivation, and confidence needed to thrive in their business.

Share your extensive travel, sales and business development experience to build TCs expertise as travel business owners

Deliver 121 coaching and group training tailored to individual consultant needs and goals

Coach TCs to increase sales revenue and secure repeat business.

Support TCs with effective lead generation tools including social media, marketing, networking and advertising strategies.

Be the first point of contact for questions, challenges, and motivation boosts.

Foster a sense of community, loyalty and high engagement within your TC community.

Run virtual workshops, best-practice webinars and learning sessions

Contribute insights to shape our business development strategy and coaching improvements

Monitor your TCs performance against performance goals and objectives and provide tailored coaching and guidance to ensure these are met.

This is a fully remote role, based from home, with occasional visits to our Bournemouth HQ and the opportunity to join one of our overseas training retreats.

You will have the flexibility to manage your own diary, whilst ensuring attendance at daily morning meetings, one-to-ones, and regular team catch-ups.

As our Travel Consultants may need support outside standard office hours, you should be comfortable delivering webinars or coaching sessions during evenings or weekends as part of your working week.

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in travel, sales and business development

Proven track record of coaching or mentoring individuals to success

Confidence in reading sales data and using CRM/digital tools

Experience supporting remote teams and building trusted relationships

Creative and strategic use of social media for business growth

Passion for helping others succeed and thrive

Nice to Have

Coaching qualifications (ILM or equivalent)

Experience managing a travel agency or running your own business

Understanding of digital marketing principles
