An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their innovative team. Location: Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, Liverpool, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, Cheltenham, Bristol, Oxford, Swindon, Reading, Cambridge.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 base, OTE £70,000 - £80,000, Car (EV or Hybrid) or Car Allowance, plus other Company Benefits.

Our in-house team of designers, visualisers, and project managers bring creativity, technical know-how, and energy to every project, always aiming to exceed expectations.
As a Business Development Manager, your role will be an even split between managing existing accounts and driving new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector—ranging from coffee shops and restaurants to hotels and contract caterers.
You’ll manage a portfolio of 8–12 accounts with spends between £500,000 and £4 million, while actively hunting for and converting new opportunities. You’ll work closely with internal teams to translate client briefs into actionable solutions and present these with confidence. Strategic thinking, strong communication, and a proactive mindset are essential as you balance nurturing long-term relationships with securing fresh business to fuel growth.
You’ll have a strong track record in business development or account management within the hospitality or foodservice industry—ideally working with clients such as hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, contract caterers, or bars. Experience with CAD is a plus but not required.
