As the Business Development Manager, you will use your experience in foodservice sales to develop business within national key accounts in contract catering and foodservice channels.

Last year, this well-recognised and respected business in the food and catering industry recruited an Account Director to develop the strategy for national key account sales. This new focus now means the need to expand the team further with a new Business Development Manager opportunity.

  • There is a great opportunity to earn good commission on top of the base salary – this is a bonus you are in control of.
  • The role is home-based but will require extensive travel to customers and the need to be in a Southeast office 3-4 times a month. There is also an exciting opportunity to travel internationally from time to time.
  • You will be developing new business sales across large key accounts in foodservice, hospitality, and contract catering.
  • Public Sector, NHS sector, or Care Home experience are highly advantageous.
  • Energy, drive, enthusiasm are all essential skills for the BDM role – hunting and delivering sales within key accounts.
  • It’s a hugely successful business, with a good team environment and a great manager.
