Business Development Manager | Cartons | UK | £70,000 plus bonus

Working with a premium UK manufacturer, well known across the industry for their high- quality as well as innovative carton solutions. Our client has an established portfolio and history of product excellence and a commitment to sustainability across a wide range of products and sectors. They are at the forefront of facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated teams.

You will be responsible for:

•Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the carton packaging sector across the UK.

•Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their packaging needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

•Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

•Collaborating closely with our design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

•Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new product development opportunities.

Key attributes required:

•Proven track record of success in new business development within the packaging industry, specifically with cartons

•In-depth knowledge of carton board materials, print processes, and packaging solutions

•A self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and a strong drive to succeed.

•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

•Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
