Business Development Manager - Bridging & Development Finance

If you're currently working in a telephone-based BDM or BDE role within specialist lending, banking or property finance, and you're hungry to move into a regional, face-to-face relationship position, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll become the face of the lender in your region, originating bridging and development finance deals, growing a pipeline of quality opportunities, and deepening broker and developer relationships through a mix of face-to-face meetings, events and virtual engagement. Backed by experienced leaders and a collaborative team, you'll have the freedom to build your territory while receiving the support and training to accelerate your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate bridging and development finance deals by engaging with brokers, introducers, and developers
  • Drive regional presence through meetings, networking events, and trade shows
  • Educate the market on the lender's unique products and lending capabilities
  • Structure and qualify deals, ensuring applications are packaged for smooth processing
  • Build a reputation as a trusted and proactive lending partner in your territory
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to progress deals efficiently
