Following significant success delivering mission-critical software solutions to emergency service organisations, this dynamic company is seeking to build on that momentum and strengthen its presence across the Police sector. To drive this growth, our client is searching for a Business Development Manager to lead their commercial strategy and spearhead expansion efforts. This is a pivotal role for an experienced closer with deep connections within the UK Police landscape and a passion for technology that transforms how emergency services operate. Youll be responsible for making the sales process your own, developing new business opportunities with Police forces and other Blue Light organisations, and shaping the companys go-to-market strategy across key regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS or enterprise software sales, experience selling into the 43 UK Police Forces, and a strong background in business development and relationship management. Based in the UK with hybrid working, youll have the autonomy to make a real impact, working closely with the leadership team and senior decision makers across the Police sector. Lead the commercial strategy and spearhead expansion efforts in the Police and Blue Light sectors. Develop and nurture new business opportunities with Police forces and other Blue Light organisations. Shape the go-to-market strategy across key regions and work closely with leadership to drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers in the Police sector. Own and accelerate the sales process from prospecting to close, delivering results in a fast-paced SaaS/enterprise software environment.
