We’re looking for someone who lives for new business. Someone who gets a kick out of that first connection, who enjoys the chase but knows how to land it, and who genuinely likes people (because that’s half the job).

You’ll be joining a growing, well-established business with big plans — and you’ll play a key role in driving that growth forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge on bringing in new clients — from that first chat to signed deals.
  • Build strong, genuine relationships with prospects across the UK and Europe.
  • Handle the full sales cycle — no handholding, just you doing what you do best.
  • Speak to decision makers and C-suites with confidence (and without the salesy fluff).
  • Be based in the Hertfordshire office twice a week, with some travel in the UK and overseas when needed.

People Profile

This isn’t a role for someone who waits for leads to land in their lap. We’re after someone who:

  • Has solid B2B sales experience — ideally in FMCG, retail, or something similar.
  • Loves connecting with people and asking the right questions.
  • Can hold their own in a room of senior leaders (without a script).
  • Is motivated, switched-on, and naturally curious.
  • Has resilience, confidence, and a good sense of humour.
  • Is happy to work flexibly, with time split between the office, home, and the occasional plane/train.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked across Europe or speak another language, but it’s not a dealbreaker.
