Business Development Manager (B2B)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (OTE £50,000) + Commission + Company Car + Hybrid Location: Wrexham

Are you a Business Development Manager or similar professional seeking a new challenge in building a territory for a growing packaging company? This role offers significant autonomy in B2B sales and uncapped commission potential.

Based in Wrexham, your primary focus will be on developing new sales within the South West territory through predominantly telephone and team calls, with occasional client visits. You will receive training on product specifics and materials to support your sales efforts.

The company specializes in bespoke protective packaging solutions for medical, industrial, aerospace, and MOD needs. Over 35 years, they have grown into a successful organization expanding their geographical reach to produce high-performing packaging.

This position is ideal for a Business Development Manager with a packaging background interested in new business development in a new territory, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and mentorship from the Director.

The Role:
  • Selling bespoke, protective packaging, with 90% new business and 10% account management
  • Managing sales primarily from the office, with occasional client visits
  • Receiving training on materials and product specifications
  • Hybrid working after induction (2 days from home)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Uncapped commission on new business sales
