This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong consultative sales professional, ideally with experience in the Audio Visual and/or Digital Signage industry, to join an innovative and successful business and support them in driving growth strategy.

The Role at a Glance:

Business Development Manager (Primarily Cinema and Leisure Sector) Hybrid – Manchester £30,000 – £40,000 basic with £10,000 – £20,000 commission, up to £60k OTE. Plus Benefits: hybrid work, free parking, your birthday off, Christmas shutdown, and access to paycare for dental, opticians, and other expenses. Core hours are Mon-Fri 9-5, with flexibility required.

Your Background / Skills: Sales, Inside/Field Sales, Client Management, Business Development, Customer Service, SaaS/Tech Sales, Digital Signage, Interactive AV/Displays, Graduate Sales.

The Business Development Manager role:

  • Based in Manchester, willing to travel nationally.
  • Attend meetings providing consultative sales tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with design and solutions teams to implement bespoke sales solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities using market expertise and networking.
  • Generate leads through networking, expos, and exhibitions.
  • Close sales confidently and credibly.
  • Maximise opportunities with existing clients.
  • Work with owners on growth strategies.
  • Manage CRM including pipeline, reports, and quotations.
