Overview

I'm working with an established AI consultancy that is scaling its UK sales function. With a strong track record in defence, healthcare/NHS, automotive, telecoms, and the public sector, they are known for applying computer vision, machine learning, synthetic data, and cloud solutions to solve complex, real-world business problems.

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding their UK client base to shape the go-to-market strategy and win new business in regulated industries.

Responsibilities
  • Leading on new business development, building a pipeline across healthcare, public sector, and industrial markets.
  • Developing go-to-market strategy where client activity is low, opening doors in new verticals.
  • Driving lead generation through tools like Sales Navigator, events, and partner channels.
  • Managing relationships with executives and senior stakeholders across enterprise and government.
  • Working closely with internal technical teams to scope and deliver tailored AI solutions.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the Head of Sales to refine UK growth plans.
