This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of business development and marketing initiatives in one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving areas of the firm.

About the Role

As part of a high-performing team at the forefront of legal innovation, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing client engagement, and supporting the delivery of AI-focused advisory services across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. The role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support business development initiatives for AI advisory services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to deliver targeted campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Prepare and coordinate client proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Engage with key internal stakeholders across practice groups including Corporate, IP, M&A, and Litigation.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to AI.
  • Support sales enablement by establishing scalable processes and tools.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Proven experience in business development or marketing within professional services or technology sectors.
  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to engage confidently on the subject.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
