Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. This hybrid role involves working at our office and at our clients' locations.

You will build strong partnerships with doctors, aestheticians, and therapists, helping them expand their aesthetic businesses using our innovative products.

As a key member of the sales team, you will drive new business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets within your territory.
  • Understand the aesthetic device market thoroughly.
  • Formulate strategies to penetrate target markets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients such as medical spas, clinics, and salons.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in the industry.
  • Expand the client base through referrals and partnerships.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our devices, applications, and benefits.
  • Demonstrate the value of our products and address client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Support existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Develop strategies to position our devices as superior solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Manage client portfolios and support their success.
  • Collect reviews and testimonials.
  • Maintain CRM database.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record.
  • Experience in the medical/aesthetics industry is preferred.
  • Desire to sell capital equipment with top compensation.
  • Valid driver’s license.
