Business Development Manager | 3D POS | UK | £100K OTE

A dynamic and innovative leader in printing and visual communication, with a dedicated focus on creating stunning 3D Point of Sale displays. Taking great pride in delivering exceptional quality, creative solutions, and unparalleled service to a diverse client base. With cutting-edge technology and a passion for pushing creative boundaries; transform client brand visions into tangible, show stopping retail experiences.

You will be responsible for:

•Actively searching out and securing new business opportunities within the 3D POS market.

•Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their brand objectives, and providing tailored solutions.

•Crafting and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals that highlight our unique capabilities and value proposition.

•Collaborating closely with design and production departments to ensure project execution from initial brief through to installation.

•Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new avenues for growth and maintain a competitive edge.

Key attributes required:

•A track record in business development within the 3D POS, retail display, or a similar industries.

•Understanding of the materials, manufacturing processes, and design principles involved in 3D POS production.

•Well-practiced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision makers.

•Self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach and genuine passion for sales and client success.

•A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as required to client meetings as well as to site.
