Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager for Packaging Solutions. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage existing accounts and develop new business across the West Midlands, targeting various market sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver new business sales aligned with company capabilities
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline regularly
  • Cross-sell across company sites to existing and new customers
  • Achieve new business targets and manage key accounts

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the packaging industry (heavy duty or timber), or related sectors like supplies, flexible packaging, or cartons. You should possess:
