About the role...

As a Business Development Manager, this role is all about building high-value relationships, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and developing partnerships with clients, and in-house marketing teams. You’ll lead on pitches, shape standout proposals, and help refine the agency’s business development strategy at a senior level. From networking at key industry events to owning the sales pipeline and collaborating with internal creative and strategy teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in taking the agency to its next chapter.

About you...

To be considered for the Business Development Manager role, we’re looking for someone with solid B2B experience—ideally in a creative, design or brand agency environment. You’re proactive, strategic, and know how to tailor your approach depending on the client. You understand how branding sits at the heart of a business and you know how to articulate value, not just visuals.

You’ll be a natural communicator, comfortable building rapport with both internal creatives and external clients at all levels. If you’re target-driven but relationship-first, you’ll fit in brilliantly.
